The sound of Leeds straight out of Birmingham, good buddies with Gang Of Four and The Mekons, these post punkers first release on 021 Records is a stunner.

June 3, 2008 at 9:26 amGreat record – 1979 was a fantastic year for music: so much creativity…
Members of the band have gone on to be a barrister, aromatherapist, session musician and guitar teacher…
021 Records released a few records by popular local Birmingham bands including Iganda, Brass Lip, The Pinkies, and the 1st 7″ by Musical Youth…
Sadly, there is virtually nothing about the label – or the vibrant Birmingham music scene of the time – on the Internet…
That underlines (at least, to me) the importance of this here site as repository for information, knowledge and memories…

Gang of Four influence heavily in evidence, but with their own identity. They would put out several great singles and a fantastic LP, before collapsing due to over use of cocaine.
