Now, this is easily one of my most precious songs ever. For twenty+ years has been most helpful reminding me that sadness does not rule out life (neither vice versa), a very true statement I think.
I have already mp3d it from my tape but the tape has naturally worn out and the result is, well, mediocre for such a song.
So, thank you. Could you even post it at a really decent kbps analysis, that would be well, godlike.
And whatever happened to Lisa Kirby? I more or less found out about the others (bless you all) but her…

Lisa married Ralph Jezzard who produced “Unbelievable” by EMF which was a massive hit in 1991. Lisa and Ralph had a son but later separated.

I last met Lisa in 1996, so don’t know Lisa’s later history. No doubt someone on KYPP will do.

A message from Bob Short formally of Blood And Roses: “I have just heard some terrible news. Ralph has just sent a message to tell me that Lisa of Blood and Roses has had a brain haemorrhage and it looks very bad. Very bad. What I hear, I’ll pass along but obviously I am on the other side of the world and, this is all I can tell you at the moment. Sorry to be the bearer of such sad news”.

Sadly Lisa did not recover from the trauma. A sad day indeed. Condolences to Lisa’s family and friends from all at Kill Your Pet Puppy.
