Shortened to Chron Gen, it\u00a0did not sound so naff. This release, there second\u00a0and best I think, came out on Step Forward Records. Incidently the first 7\u2033 single on Gargoyle Records is elsewhere on this site if you search for it.<\/p>\n<p>The band signed to Secret, Infa Riot, Business\u00a0and The Exploited\u00a0were also on this label, and things started to go downhill for a single and an LP, then perked up a bit for the final Secret Records release, the wonderful \u2018Outlaw\u2019 single.<\/p>\n<p>Then\u00a0\u2018caput\u2019 and silence for a\u00a0few years, Jon Thurlow selling scented candles and beads on a stall at Bowes Lyon gigs and the rest of the band released a \u2018heavy rock\u2019 record a la Cockney Rejects (who were\u00a0also into \u2018serious rock\u2019 in those days)\u00a0called \u2018Nowhere To Run\u2019.
