I have just found this 264 page PhD thesis on anarcho-punk \u2013 written by Michael Dines in 2004, but only now online. [Warning Note \u2013 I had some problems downloading text on Firefox, but worked ok on Internet Explorer]<\/p>\n

I have just speed-read it \u2013 it is a good overview, but doesn\u2019t get beyond (a few of) the groups.
\nExamples \u2013 gives a very detailed ,chord by chord, phrase by phrase analysis of Bloody Revolutions, which leads in to a brief discussion of the French Revolution and a mention of the Wapping Anarchy (Autonomy) Centre\u2026but nothing on Centro Iberico and later A centres\u2026
\nNothing on fanzines- major lack.<\/strong>
\nNo Mob\/Zounds.
\nMentions Stop the City \u2013 but only as a quote from Andy Martin \u2013 and although discuss McLibel Trial, does not connect Dave Morris with STC.<\/p>\n

Bit of a neutron bomb \u2013 the groups (buildings) \u2013 Crass, Discharge, Subhumans remain but the people, yer actual anarcho-punks, have been textually vapourised.<\/p>\n

So it goes.<\/p>\n
